The Senior Recruitment Consultant role
This is an opportunity for a successful Senior Recruitment Consultant, with a background in Hospitality or Hospitality recruitment to step up into a Team Leader role. You will have the full support of a Senior Management team while you lead a team of 5-10 permanent consultants (and growing) in achieving super impressive financials.
This is a billing role and the Senior Recruitment Consultant will be expected to lead by example in new business development and in the management of high profile accounts. You will be involved in the hiring of new Consultants and getting them trained and up to speed. You will also work closely with the Board and senior management in setting financial, activity and growth targets. You will also be responsible for some major accounts and monitoring service level agreements. This really is a great role for the right person.
