The Role of the Senior Marketing Manager - Brand & Social

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team in a fast-growing and highly competitive markets. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager Brand & Social who will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our clients social media strategy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing organic social media initiatives and content, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives and brand positioning. You will work across Spainish and LATAM markets to deliver impactful campaigns and content that drive engagement, awareness, and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager - Brand & Social

  • Lead and execute company’s Spainish and LATAM organic social media strategy and content, ensuring consistency across markets and platforms.
  • Develop and manage data-driven, high-impact social campaigns organic strategies to maximize performance.
  • Oversee daily social media activity and content, ensuring best-in-class content execution, community engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and social media platforms to stay ahead of trends and opportunities in the social landscape.
  • Drive innovative storytelling and content formats, ensuring the company remains a standout brand in the online casino space.
  • Analysis and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of social media marketing.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, brand management, or a related field, preferably in the iGaming, entertainment, or digital consumer industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, paid social campaigns, and performance metrics across platforms like Meta
  • A track record of leading successful brand and social campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
