Our client is a well-established and well reputed Retail, Fashion and Luxury Brand Recruitment Consultancy, based in London.

 

Working within a close-knit team with a highly supporting management team, the ‘family feel’ culture and door opening brand name should allow you to spring board to success very quickly.

 

 

Due to growth and successes, there is a new opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join this high-performing team, to support two successful and experienced Consultants. You will be responsible for sourcing and approaching the best candidates for each role you work on. You will be a sourcing ninja, adept at finding candidates via social media, through networking, job boards, referrals and all resourcing media. You will be confident on the telephone, with the ability to ‘tell the story’ to candidates to gain their buy-in to a role or company.

 

The role of Recruitment Resourcer will be fast-paced, with a need to quickly adapt. New roles and specifications will be hitting your desk so you will need to prioritise your time well, approaching each task with maturity in a well-planned manner.

 

 

The successful candidate will have a clear ‘passion for fashion’ coupled with an analytical, methodical approach to sourcing the best candidates in this highly competitive marketplace. You will be adaptable, reliable with a mature outlook and confidence to speak with a broad spectrum of person.

 

A good knowledge of the retail industry is an advantage, along with additional spoken languages in particular Russian, Arabic or Mandarin.  

 

Experience in the recruitment industry is preferred although not necessarily from within the retail recruitmentindustry.
