The role
A fantastic opportunity for a Hebrew-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing excellent service, and resolving issues efficiently. You must be fluent in Hebrew and English, have strong communication skills, and have a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Available Shifts:
Monday to Thursday 6am to 2pm & Sunday 7am to 3pm (36 hours per week) - Friday and Saturday off.
Monday to Thursday 11am to 7pm & Sunday 10am to 6pm (36 hours per week) - Friday and Saturday off.
Training: Monday 24th February 2025 to Friday 7th March 2025, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, onsite training/ then one day a week in the office
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Handle a variety of customer concerns, including account issues and tracking missing parcels, prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Build trust and establish a strong rapport with customers using exceptional communication skills
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Demonstrate attention to detail and effective problem-solving to thoroughly resolve each query
- Focus exclusively on delivering exceptional service without the pressure of sales targets
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a contact centre or customer-facing role
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Hebrew
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Genuine passion for helping others
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
