The Role of Head of Sportsbook
As Head of Sportsbook, you will be responsible for the whole of the Sportsbook business and performance which will include product and proposition development, daily operations, team management, prioritising collaboration across the business and budget management.
You will be tasked with taking responsibility for the overall high level strategy and have an excellent understanding of how to leverage customer journeys and brand loyalty while working with the marketing and retention teams.
Direct the product roadmap, work with the product and delivery team to achieve objectives and strategy to include a single customer experience.
Direct the marketing plans, working with marketing and retention teams to achieve financial KPIs, objectives and strategy.
In addition you will be responsible for recruiting, managing and building a team of motivated highly skilled individuals.
Create and develop new ways of maximising opportunities within the sporting world and the business, to increase revenues and deliver against ambitious financial targets.
Oversee key partner and 3rd party relationships as well as managing senior stakeholder relationships.
Competitor market analysis followed by recommendations of improvement.
Experience and Skill Set
- A high energy motivated leader with management experience in the Sports digital world
- Able to hold your own with senior stakeholders, through Sports knowledge and experience
- Experienced maximising revenue opportunities through cross channel marketing across the business
- A creative and innovative thinker, able to look outside the box to add extra revenue generating ideas for the business
