Growth is driven by a strong brand and direct response marketing strategy spanning across TV, radio and digital.
For the Spanish local team, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive based in Madrid.
The Role of the Digital Performance Marketing Executive
You will be responsible for tracking the day-to-day external/internal digital paid activity of the brand, ensuring acceptable CPA´s and reactivation costs in all the digital channels included in the media buying. You will monitor the activity with the different agencies and in-house team involved, with a performance focus in a constant learning process. In addition, you will be in contact with our central office, to coordinate the international campaigns and site content.
Key responsibilities of the Digital Performance Marketing Executive
- Day-to-day monitoring of digital activity (for Spain and some of their LATAM markets) including PPC, social media, direct deals, programmatic, email, native ads and in app, among others
- Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns to improve overall campaign performance.
- Coordination with external agencies/in-house teams to activate new campaigns/audiences to cover the whole acquisition/retention funnel with relevant messaging.
- Provide insights to channel managers/creative teams to improve the performance of the campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge of digital performance campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, ASA, In-app)
- Analytical skills to interpret metrics and statistics, draw conclusions, based on the results obtained
- Monitoring of advertising campaigns executed on various platforms, tracking key KPIs with a primary focus on CPA, CVR, ROI
Skills and Experience of the Digital Performance Marketing Executive
- University degree in Marketing, Business or Advertising.
- +3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Previous experience in a competitive high volume transactional e-business, finance and/or gambling is a strong advantage.
- Understanding and knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, main KPIs and platforms
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent organizational, management and individual productivity skills.
- Ability to function as a self-starter with an emphasis on getting things done.
